Sir Ralph

Rafael Cecilio (18 September 1940 – 2 December 2009), more commonly known as "Papa Lap" or "Sir Ralph", was an influential English teacher in the Philippines.

He taught English Literature at Corpus Christi (1993-2009) in Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines. Sir Ralph’s unique Shakespearian curriculum included sonnet writing and elocution recitals at the end of each class.
